Terms and conditions

1. Application

These terms apply to all quotes and assignments of Scalvia, a trade name of Ecom Thijmen (KvK 97815845, VAT NL005289760B27).

2. Quotes and assignments

A quote is valid for 30 days. An assignment starts once you have accepted the quote in writing or by email.

3. Execution

We carry out the assignment to the best of our ability. You provide the access and information needed. Results such as revenue also depend on your product, offer and traffic, and are therefore not guaranteed.

4. Prices and payment

All prices exclude VAT. One-off projects are invoiced as stated in the quote. Monthly services are invoiced in advance each month. The payment term is 14 days.

5. Monthly services

Monthly services can be cancelled each month, unless the quote states otherwise.

6. Ownership

Once paid in full, everything we build for you is yours, such as flows, templates and automations. We may show anonymised results and designs in our portfolio, unless you object.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the assignment concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all data and information we receive from you as confidential.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
