Who we are

Scalvia is a trade name of Ecom Thijmen, based in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 97815845. You can reach us at thijmenvanhuffelen7@gmail.com.

What data we process

• Name, email address and phone number when you get in touch or book an audit.
• Business details when we work together, such as company name, address and billing details.
• Access to your accounts, such as Klaviyo or Shopify, only during and for an assignment.

Why we use this data

• To answer your question and schedule a call.
• To carry out and invoice an assignment.
• To meet legal obligations, such as the retention requirement for our accounts.

Your store's customer data

When we work in your accounts, we process your customers' personal data on your behalf. You remain responsible for that data. We record the arrangements in a data processing agreement.

How long we keep data

We keep contact details for up to one year after the last contact. We keep data for our accounts for 7 years, as required by Dutch law.

Who we share data with

We never sell data. We only share it with parties we need for our work, such as our email, calendar and bookkeeping software.
